Jerry Jones addressed the blowback over the Dallas Cowboys' decision to start Trey Lance over Cooper Rush for the team's finale on Sunday.

Jerry Jones wanted to make it clear that one is not connected to the other. “I didn’t even know about it until I read about it, so nothing at all,’’ the Cowboys owner said of that clause in Rush’s contract.
