The Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) is warning the public about E. coli infections that have been traced to hamburgers served at Twin Cities restaurants.

The Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) says it has identified 10 cases of E. coli O157 infection in people who had eaten burgers at multiple locations of Red Cow, a table-service restaurant chain. One additional case reported dining at Hen House Eatery in Minneapolis,

So far, the Minnesota Department of Health has identified 11 illnesses: 10 across multiple locations of Red Cow and another traced to Hen House Eatery in Minneapolis.
