Paddy McGuinness' new documentary will show his Children in Need journey as he completed a 300-mile bike ride, raising money for the charity.

Paddy McGuinness will get a tattoo of the bike he rode in his recent Childen in Need challenge if he raises £10 million.

The presenter thanked fans for sending him messages of support and encouraged the public to continue to donate to BBC Children in Need.
